GENERAL SUGGESTIONS FOR BUFFETS
The following list gives a general idea of the kinds of food usually associated with a buffet. The concept of serving a buffet is to offer a choice to your guests. This list is by no means “all inclusive”, if there are any food items that you would like to have served, but they are not listed, please feel free to suggest them to us. We are quite capable and more than willing to create any specialized menu as may be requested by our guests.
A typical buffet usually consists of two salads, one starch, one vegetable, two or three entrees, rolls and butter and chef’s choice of dessert.
